Do you need assistance with a product?

Write an e-mail to explaining your problem and, if possible, provide us with the serial number of the product and an explanatory photo or video.

Our staff will contact you to arrange the dispatch of one of our replacement products available at our Swiss warehouse and the collection of your product at our site. A specialized Ferno technician will take care of the reparation and of the official certification by the company Ferno.
